At Imli, every outfit is thoughtfully made to order and crafted specifically according to the measurements, customizations, and preferences provided by our customers. As each piece is individually created, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

No Return or Exchange

All orders are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any made-to-order products.

Why?

Our garments are not mass-produced or stocked in standard sizes. Each piece is carefully made especially for you, making it impossible for us to resell or reuse the product once it has been created.

Order Confirmation

We kindly request all customers to carefully review their order details, including size, colour, design, measurements, shipping address, and contact information before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography, and device displays. Such minor variations are considered normal and are not eligible for return or exchange.
